Note: you cannot sign up for the examination nor check the availability of dates or times to take the examination via this link. Only candidates whose CPE Examination applications have been approved will be issued a user ID and password to register for the examination and select a date and time to take it.

Testing sites are administered by ISO-Quality Testing, Inc. (IQT), a division of Schroeder Measurement Technologies (SMT), with whom the American Society of Pain Educators (ASPE) has partnered in providing national access to the CPE Examination.
